The company was established in Wendeng District, Weihai City in May 2007, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan and total assets of 380 million yuan. The predecessor of the company, Weihai Baiyun Ship Supporting Co., Ltd., was established in 1998. Its main business is to provide customers with high-tech synthetic materials, including interior materials, ground materials, textiles, marine adhesives, hardware, etc. The continuous exploration and development of technological research, as well as the spirit of standing at the forefront of industry competitors, have become the driving force for the company's continuous development in recent years.

The company currently has 980 mu of land and a coastline of 2,000 meters. It has already built a 400-meter outfitting wharf, a dock passage with a width of 14 meters, and a 100,000-ton dry dock (uncompleted). It has formed an annual processing capacity of 80,000 tons of steel, and has the production capacity to undertake projects such as ships, offshore engineering vessels, ship hull segments, living area modules, production modules, living cranes, and work barges. It is a recognized professional shipyard in the industry specializing in ship and offshore engineering technology and engineering.

The water depth at the company's wharf is 7-8 meters, and the water depth of the channel is 11-12 meters, which allows 20,000-ton transport ships to load and navigate. The company's wharf can berth 100 fishing boats with a power of 1,200 horsepower, the dock platform can park 50 fishing boats of various sizes simultaneously, and the shipbreaking platform can dismantle 10 fishing boats of various sizes at the same time.
